Very happy with this protein powder. I have been using optimum nutrition for over 10 years and consistently go back to it. It's 24 grams of protein per serving. It blends well and can be used for cooking. I have tried the vanilla ice cream, chocolate, salted caramel, chocolate mint, fruit punch and others and have been very happy with the product. The price of protein has increased significantly, but this product is more reasonable than several of the others. There is ZERO chalkiness to this protein and I often use it in my yogurt or baking for extra protein. Personally protein powder alone doesn't satiate me and I typically only drink for the added protein, so I cannot comment on that aspect.
